We are currently working on equipping with lighting fixtures in a business building SKY OFFICE. Sky Office is a project of architectural value and visual distinctiveness that transcends the usual "market" offer, sets new standards and adds a new value to the environment and community. Sky Office connects the design, functionality and energy efficiency, and sets new standards for business buildings: the organization of office spaces, roof garden, full-height glass facade, communications connectivity, security system, the latest heating and cooling systems and advanced systems designed for energy savings rank this building on the top of architectural achievements of Zagreb. It consists of: • two towers of 22 floors interconnected from 2nd to 15th floor • Each tower functions as an individual building • vertical communications core with six high-speed modern elevators and two staircases connecting all floors • horizontal communication on each floor is organized around a central core • isolation from external influences with effective protection against noise, heat and direct sunlight The building interacts with the environment at all levels - receives, passes through and emits light, with its volume turns toward passers-by, with access roads opens to the environment, and with conventional wired and wireless systems connects with the global communications network. Advanced system of heating, cooling and ventilation ensures a healthy and comfortable working environment. Economically construction and use of modern energy saving systems ensure the long-term cost effectiveness and accessibility of facilities.
